I'm sure you know that I know litterly nothing about cooking and am proud of it. However your experiences with new recipes sounds like fun. Fun for you to do and for me to READ only.I do have an idea for your next Turkey brining. Go out and buy one of those inflatable kiddy pools at "Target"(Inside family joke). Fill it with your brining solution.You could fit 10 tukeys in one of those. Keep it outdoors of course,put in a large portable heater to keep it above 35 below zero (Chicago winters). <br /><br />Good going Gail about watching someone do all the work while giving advice from the sidelines.
