Sundays...Technically, Sundays are not part of Lent. Sundays are feast days and the rest of Lent is suppose to be fasting. Lent is 40 days in length and that doesn't count Sundays so technically you can break your "fast" on Sunday. I have given up cola products. I don't plan on drinking cokes on Sunday because I would not be able to stop again on Monday. I am pretty sure it was Carley who said once when she was visiting me that it is the carmel sauce that makes the apple cake so good. I agree totally.
